Outline Agreement読み：わくけいやく

仕入先との長期購買合意を記録するMM伝票の総称。数量契約（Contract：ME31K）と期間発注契約（Scheduling Agreement：ME31L）の2種類がある。数量契約は特定数量・価格の購入合意、期間発注契約は詳細な納入スケジュールを管理する。契約を参照する発注（契約に対する呼出）は標準の発注タイプNBで作成し、契約の価格などの条件が引き継がれる。

Outline Agreement
The collective term for MM documents that record long-term purchase agreements with vendors. Two types: Contract (quantity-based, created with ME31K) and Scheduling Agreement (time-based delivery schedule, created with ME31L). Contracts record agreed quantities and prices; Scheduling Agreements manage detailed delivery schedules. Release orders against a contract are standard purchase orders (document type NB) created with reference to it, inheriting its conditions.
