伝票分割

新総勘定元帳の機能で、伝票の明細を利益センタやセグメントなどの特性ごとに分割し、特性単位でも貸借が一致するようにする仕組み。これにより利益センタ別・セグメント別の貸借対照表が作成できる。分割できない残差はゼロバランス勘定で調整される。稼働後に有効化するのは難しく、導入時に要否を判断すべき代表的な項目。

Document Splitting
A New G/L function that splits line items by characteristics such as profit centre or segment so that each characteristic balances on its own. This is what makes a balance sheet by profit centre or segment possible. Where a split does not balance, zero-balance clearing lines are generated. Activating it after go-live is difficult, so whether it is needed is one of the decisions to make during implementation.
