MM (Materials Management)
10 sections ใป 60 quiz questions
MM (Materials Management) covers buying, receiving, storing and issuing goods. It is often the first area brought live in an SAP implementation, and it touches more other modules than almost anything else.
At its centre is procure to pay: a requisition, a purchase order, a goods receipt, invoice verification, payment. Along that path stock rises, a liability is created, and eventually cash leaves. If SD is goods out and money in, MM is goods in and money out.
These sections cover the two foundations โ the material master and the vendor master โ then the standard process from order to invoice, inventory valuation and movement types as the interface to accounting, and finally outline agreements, special procurement and physical inventory.
